We are giving City Council one final opportunity to address water security, accountable management, and the pace of development.
Where things stand
There is no active repeal petition.
We are not currently collecting signatures for repeal, de-annexation, or formation of a new municipality. Right now, we are asking Norman residents to sign and share the Formal Citizen Demand to the Norman City Council.
If the City responds meaningfully, a petition may not be necessary. If it does not, we want to know who may be willing to help collect lawful petition signatures when the time comes.
